  • Name, phone number, email address, and delivery and billing address when you place an order
  • Anything you tell us in messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email or our contact form
  • Your child's age, height or weight, only if you choose to share it so we can suggest a size

Payment information

We do not take card payments. If you pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay or bank transfer, we keep the payment screenshot or transaction reference you send us, and the sender's name and account, so we can match the payment to your order. For cash on delivery orders, we collect no payment details.

How we use it

  • To process, confirm, deliver and support your orders
  • To contact you about your order by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email
  • To handle exchanges, replacements and store credit
  • To send you news of new drops and sales, only if you have opted in
  • To prevent fraud and repeated refusal of cash on delivery parcels
  • To understand how our shop is used and improve it
  • To show you Mini Modo adverts on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the shop:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders
  • Courier companies, who receive your name, phone number and address so they can deliver your parcel
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and Google, for messaging, analytics and advertising
  • Authorities, where the law requires it

Some of these companies store information outside Pakistan.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep items in your bag, remember your preferences, measure visits and show relevant adverts. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the shop may not work properly without them.

Marketing messages

We only send marketing messages if you have asked for them. To stop:

  • WhatsApp: reply STOP, or message us and ask to be removed
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email

We will still contact you about orders you have placed.

Children's privacy

Mini Modo sells clothes for children, but our shop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you share your child's measurements for sizing help, we use them only to answer your question.

Photos of children: we never post a customer's photo on our website or social media without the parent's or guardian's clear permission. You can ask us to take a photo down at any time, and we will do so promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, usually 6 years. We keep messages for as long as needed to support your orders. You can ask us to remove you from marketing lists at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it
  • Stop sending you marketing

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will reply within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it to fulfil your order. No online service can guarantee complete security.
