Terms of service

These terms apply when you use minimodo.pk or buy from Mini Modo, a children's clothing store based in Pakistan ("Mini Modo", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are able to receive and pay for the parcel.
2. Products and colours
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade or embroidered details can vary a little from piece to piece. Measurements in our size charts are approximate and can differ by ½ to 1 inch (about 1 to 2.5 cm) from piece to piece.
3. Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not add tax at checkout, so you pay the price shown. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price by mistake, we may cancel the order and will tell you straight away.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order if:
- An item is out of stock
- We cannot confirm the order by phone or WhatsApp
- There is a pricing or product error
- Previous orders to the same customer or address were refused
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
5. Payment
We accept cash on delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay and bank transfer. For cash on delivery orders, full payment is due to the courier when the parcel is delivered. For JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay and bank transfer, you pay in advance and we dispatch your order once the payment has reached us.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, road closures or other events outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping policy.
7. Size swaps, exchanges and store credit
Our Refund policy forms part of these terms. In short: you can swap an item for another age once, within 3 days of delivery, for Rs 400 (unworn, with tags). We do not take back items for a change of mind, and we do not give cash refunds. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it free of charge, up to the amount paid (you pay any difference for a dearer item; store credit if nothing suits).
8. Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched by messaging us with your order number. Once it has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, so please accept the parcel.
9. Discount codes and offers
Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Sale prices apply while stock lasts.
10. Product safety and care
Please follow the care label on each garment. Always supervise babies and young children when they are wearing clothing with buttons, bows or other small parts. Remove all tags and packaging before use, and keep packaging away from children. Keep all clothing away from open flames and heaters.
11. Our content
The Mini Modo name, logo, Mimo character, photos, illustrations and text on this site belong to us. Please do not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You are welcome to share our product photos when recommending us.
12. Your photos and reviews
If you send us or tag us in photos or reviews, we will ask for your permission before reposting them. By giving permission, you allow us to use them on our website and social media. You can withdraw that permission at any time.
13. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection laws. Beyond those rights, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan. We would always rather sort things out directly first, so please contact us.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
